Mit einem sehr sympathischem, authentischem und fröhlichem Video startet Thomas Cook einen Brand-Reload, zumindest schon mal was das Logo angeht.
Das „Sunny Heart“ ist sicherlich gut gewählt, Sonnenschein und Liebe, was will man mehr im Urlaub? Mit dem Song „I love you baby“ schön untermalt.
Dafür muss der Thomas Cook Globus und auch der Slogan: „Dont just book it, Thomas Cook it“ weichen. Zukünftig heißt es einfach: „Lets go“

Die Aktion mit dem „Überraschungsauftritt“ auf dem Kofferkarussell (ein viel schöneres Wort als „Gepäckförderband“) am Flughafen Mallorca schreit geradezu nach Wiederholung – daraus kann man sicher eine schöne Social-Buzz Serie spinnen – mehr davon bitte!
